She does, however, lean over to Koa and murmur too loudly not to be overhears: "She's way out of your league, K."

He pulls a face and waves Val away before turning his attention back to Sohalia, brow raised towards the drinks. "Let me know which one you like better - and if you hate them both we'll order another," he adds in a misplaced show of chivalry, "Until we get it right."
