He's got rope, too, because rope seemed smart, and he's in his Longheat uniform, all Military-sexy with exposed arms and fingerless gloves and work boots that will be terrible if he falls overboard. He'd considered going more casual, but ultimately decided against it - after all, he's here in Torchline as a representative of the Dragoons. What better way to promote their potential expansion as a global peace keeping force than by helping other areas out with their piracy problems?

"King Hadama, Sir - happy to be representing the Dragoons on this venture."
