Removing your memories of Isla is permanent but that doesn't mean they have to be gone for good. Hidden in Ludo's Woods is a vial of serum that will let you watch back the entirety of your relationship. It is as close to remembering her as you can come. I know all of this because I am you, and I am writing this just before going to see Ludo.
You will not remember this now, but you love Isla and she is going to need you and if it is safe for you to do so, you need to go to her.
