Immediately his arms went up to block another hit to his face, and he stepped forward. He aimed to put his leg between hers as he lowered himself just slightly and shoulder checked her. His intention was to swallow her balance with the way his leg went to block hers from moving and for her to fall entirely down. He wasn’t sure how she would respond, but he imagined it would be with some fiery grit.
