Lena didn’t frequent the Feverlands often; save for a few more investigations of plant life lately – hoping she didn’t find anything as perilous or dangerous as the other newfound vegetation.
What she didn’t expect was a man near a swamp, with fishing rods, and…bobbing things.
Too practical and perplexed to do anything else but blink rapidly, look around, see if anyone else was…viewing this, she heard some others talking, before finally strolling up too. She wasn’t quite certain what was going on, and wasn’t easily lured by prizes or anything fanciful, but perhaps it wouldn’t be so bad. “Hello,” she ended up offering with a single, low-wave. “Could I give it a try?”
