Hotaru

Hotaru isn't expecting a crowd out in the Feverlands, much less a crowd comprised almost entirely of her favorite people. Even the strangeness of a man sitting on the edge of the swamp offering fishing poles and enchanting all around with his offer of a prize can't dampen her newly positive mood. until the poets run out of rhyme
Taking her time as she waves and hugs her hellos to the Halovians (and Kiada) in attendance, Hotaru plucks a fishing pole and maneuvers around to find an empty space before casting it out. It plops in with an unnerving sound, but there's nothing to be done about that.
Wondering if the ducs are living creatures - and not the type to care for things like rules or expectations - Hotaru calls upon her lightning to infuse her side of the swamp in a small radius as deep as she can cast it, hoping to drive any ducks closer to the surface or send them scattering to the sides to hook onto one of her fellows.

Hotaru picks a pole and uses her Mastered Lightning in her area of the swamp to try and scare the ducks into view or toward her pole.
