His magic did its work and the ursur felt the pain of Vi's wrath, and for that alone, Noah was satisfied. The claws came for him and the ursur's sheer strength sent Noah rolling across the tundra. He felt the air leave his lungs as he smacked against the ice, but having been in similar crises before, it did not take long for the Forsaken to be scrambling. He had been here many times before, and he didn't need Deimos prompting to tell him he needed distance between him and the void-touched bear. He got to his feet so fast it was a blur, pushing down the pain that smarted in his side and the limp that would surely come, and ran. His teleportation magic still needed time to charge, to this was his option.

He might not be able to do much more, but Noah could always shoot. He always had, and before this celestial power ran through his veins it was only with wooden bows and arrows and sharpened metal ends. With a prayer, Noah prepared himself. Turning, Noah aimed and shot at the void ursur.
Noah tries to get some distance between him and the ursur then turns and shoots it. Using his Citizenship Ability to "ignore" any slippery ground/ice.
Halo has hardened you against her weather and her terrain. Once per PQ/PQ+/KQ/Drop, you can ignore an environmental effect that would otherwise hinder you (rough terrain, cold, wind, etc). Magic: Vi’s Ranger | Noah may summon a celestial energy bow with which he can shoot two celestial energy arrows (at one target) up to 30ft. Control is excellent.
