“She’s already proven to be a perfect mouser.” He says with an exhaled sigh. “She tries to take on birds but she’s a bit too small for that at the moment.” A casual shrug is given before he lets his focus return back to the sea panther, reaching up to run his fingers along her scaled head. “I’m curious how her abilities might change as she gets older.” Sea panthers were ferocious and brutal creatures, from what he remembers from fighting one — and he belatedly wonders if she’s somehow related to the one they fought so very long ago.
