Relaxing instead into the warm arms that loop around his neck, the hunter tugs her forward and into his lap, pressing another kiss to her lips.

Grinning, he draws back enough to say something else when Kia beats him to it, and gods but there's something about the way she says it - Kiada Sinclair - that has heat rising in his cheeks and straight south as well. "Say it again?" he whispers, his hands slipping beneath her thighs so he might surge up and onto the bed with her.
Granted, it might be a bit hard for her to comply, because he's kissing her again, and this time it's anything but chaste.
