"It just...you and Dad have each other...and mom and Sunjata are in King's End, and Jack—" Well, at least that was one can of worms she knew had no actual interest in her. "—Hadama's a demigod now, and Melita's a demigod now and...I dunno, it's just lonely running Torchline sometimes."
