my aloneness feels so good
Soleil looks upon her efforts with a proud expression, hands on her hips as she goes over it all one last time before considering it done. Spirits firmly lifted, she sneaks out of the kitchen to surreptitiously check in on the boys' progress. They're coming along well, though Luka is a bit behind which isn't surprising given the amount of weaponry and how carefully it all has to be handled. It still soothes her competitive spirit to know she'd won this round.
Checking in on Edmund ends up with her running into him before she can make it to the library since he's apparently done which is a shame. "I'll do the front hall and the sign!" Luka has terrible taste in colors and his handwriting is perfect but boring. Really she'll be doing the guild a favor by taking this particular task.
Decorations are understandably fewer than supplies, but Soleil flits about the entryway hanging signs and positioning plants before she commandeers the big table meant for meetings and starts sketching out the letters for the sign before she commits to painting it.
