Oh, she couldn't make his problems with the gods go away, as much as she might like to, but maybe a fresh perspective would help a little. If not, then a distraction, perhaps -- so she went along with the change of subject easily.
"I've been living in Torchline since LongNight -- it reminds me of home." And was less depressing than the Hollowed Grounds, but she didn't say that, since this was Samuel's home.
