Octavius
The training grounds at the Dragon's Nest were large, larger than Octavius was accustomed to. He supposed that dragons needed a little extra room to train since they were, well, dragons. But there were some comforts of home that he missed, like the fountain of fresh water he used to dunk his head in after a long spar, and the wide selection of spears, swords, maces, and other weapons that were always available for him to use. In comparison, the training grounds for the Stormbreak Dragoons were utilitarian and spartan, providing just enough for a Dragoon to get some training but nothing else.
Octavius decided to do some stretching while he waited for his fellow Dragoon, Koa, to arrive. They had agreed upon a training session a few nights ago as Octavius shared his worries about becoming soft. Since joining up, he had done little in the way of fighting and did not want to lose his skills. Besides, a part of him was itching for a good spar. He began to feel excitement bubbling within him as he picked up his sword and took a few warm-up swings.
