A notice to the people of the Citadel.
Deepfrost will soon be upon us - our first since the opening of the portal in the Fangs.
As you are all aware, this is a particularly dangerous time for us. For this reason, at the end of Leafchange the portal will be closed. No guards will be patrolling the pass between the Fangs and the Citadel, and nobody leaving or coming will be able to rely on the comfort of an escort. This is purely for safety as Deepfrost sets in.
The Hollowed Grounds have expressed an interest in sending some of their more vulnerable people here to Halo for the season, given the dangers that Longnight poses for those within the Grounds. I have granted this request - these citizens will arrive with their own supplies. Please be kind to them throughout this time.
