What do you get when two ruthless assassins raise their daughter travelling through the wildest reaches of Caido? Take one look at Theea and you'll get a pretty good idea. Cheerful and tenacious in equal measure, and curious beyond all else, she began her journey on a mission to find those her mother once called family. And find them she did, soon rubbing elbows with demigods, leaders and even ghosts from the past. Her determination is resolute, her thirst for knowledge unmatched. We can't wait to see where her next adventure takes her!
Congratulations, Theea!

The white wine in the glass is refreshing as it is bolstering, watching as Danta slowly settles back into himself. It’s a comfort, one that the butcher doesn’t take for granted with the revelation that had occurred today. Their food arrives, raw as can be but still being palatable, and Asta immediately decides that even though they’ll eat here, perhaps a chance to step outside of the Dusklight and spread wings and seek out a salve for their bloodlust might prove beneficial.
So his hand drops to cover Danta’s against his thigh, giving it a light squeeze as his tail curls around his lover’s leg. “If anything, it appears to have bolstered them.” He hums with a smile and a raise of his brow, leaning into Danta at his side while his free hand pierces a portion of the raw meat. Lifting it to his lips and taking a bite, his sharp teeth makes quick work of piercing the flesh, the butcher swallows it down politely.
“When we are finished here, would you like to join me on a hunt before the evening is through?” He asks, tilting his head to look over at Danta with warmth sparking in his dark honey gaze.

Content with his wine and the warmth of his lover pressed against his side, as the Dusklight settles around them and provides suitable distractions from his own thoughts, it's easy for Danta to relax back into himself. And as their food arrives, it's with reluctance (and one last sip of alcohol) that he puts his glass down to exchange it for a fork, clearly not intending to take his hand from Asta's leg throughout their meal. "Mm, I can certainly see that," he agrees, smirking around a mouthful of shark meat to see a group perform quite the acrobatic feat on a table in the corner.
"I suppose it helps, that a lot of us here are Ancients," he adds with a casual shrug of his shoulders, spearing a piece of steak next to enjoy. The offer of a hunt comes as a welcome surprise (because yes, Danta is that dense when it comes to recognising his own hunger), and he offers Asta a sunny smile and a nod. "I'd like that. Not too far from home though, mm? I like the idea of being able to slip into a bar afterwards."

They both mirror each other, not just in their attire, but in the way that the subtle clinginess is seen. Both unwilling to release the other’s hand to eat, just to keep connected. The butcher doesn’t mind, however, content to soak in the warmth that escapes his lover as he plans their next venture. Taking sips of the chilled white wine in between bites, the butcher nods as he, too, scans the room and spots a group in the corner putting on quite a feat.
Enough of one that his bones ache just from the idea.
“It does.” He agrees, because it meant that when they arrived bloodied and worn, spent from their bloodlust, it was no longer a huge surprise for those they came across. So the butcher makes his offer and devours a decent amount of the meat and wine, leaving the salad completely untouched as if it might burn him to touch them. “Of course, darling. We can stay in the Inner Quarter. Perhaps we could find a deer by the Black Lake?” The suggestion already has his mouth watering a touch, but he placates it with another bite of raw meat.
He isn’t hurrying, of course, but they manage to devour what’s on their plates and the wine, before the butcher’s nosing into his lover’s cheek and pressing a soft kiss there before they slip out of the booth to head toward their promised hunt.
