I am sorry to be doing this without notice or consulting you, but we don't know what else to do and Torchline is the safest place I can think of for our people. We have tried to divide the evacuees to reduce the burden upon you. Civilians and the injured have been directed to Torchline, at least until we know Dahlia won't be retaliating against those who have chosen to leave. Those who can fight will be going to King's End.I ask
The Dragoons will be regrouping in King's End, but we are at Torchline's service in the fights to come. If it will not work for the Breakers to stay, all I ask is that you give them refuge long enough for us to find a more permanent solution.
