Character of the Season
From Attuned to Ascended to Ancient, Kiada Njovu-Reyes has been reborn several times throughout her short life, but her fighting spirit has never once been diminished. With beauty, grace and a quick wit, Kiada is the whole package wrapped in an infectious smile. Recent endeavours have found her in the heart of the Hollowed Grounds, aiding the region and bettering it for her new Ancient kin, and whatever she does next, we know it's sure to pack a punch.
Congratulations, Kiada!

Court of the Fallen was created in October of 2018 by Odd, Honey, and Crooked.
Skinning and hosting by the epically talented Kaons, and functionality fanciness by the coding magic of Neowulf. If you ever see either of them around, make sure to show them some love!
Sah let out a startled laugh as Tal attempted to tackle him. The impact was enough to knock him off balance, but he shifted his weight last minute and was able to stay on his feet. Taking the opportunity presented to him, Sah wrapped his arms around Tal to trap him. Hooking his ankle around the courier's, he attempted to send them both down to the ground with Tal pinned. If he failed, wrestling in the snow would have to do.
If Pad purposefully slowed his pace so that Boreal wasn't too far behind, no one could prove it. Lilly chased after the duo, gleeful as can be. Her silver blended well with the snow, and she would vanish, only to reappear and nip at her brother's heels.
I think therefore I am, But what if all I do is bleed?
Tal managed to wriggle free of the attempted pin, but he didn't have his feet under him after the attempted tackle and in the end both grown men went down into the snow, wrestling like boys ten years younger. There were whoops of temporary victory and muffled yowls and curses as mouths ended up full of snow.
The companions only added to the joyful chaos as they ran around the pair of silly humans, chasing each other and being chased with very little transition in between who was in the lead at any given moment.
It might not have been more traditional therapy, but there was plenty of laughter as the humans finally flopped apart to puff clouds of steam into the crisp Deepfrost air. Both men were covered in snow, white-haired and caked in it from head to toe. A big grin was plastered on Tal's face as he leaned over to punch Sah's shoulder lightly. "C'mon, Jester. Enough foolin' around. You're on tater-peelin' duty tonight!" He pushed himself to his feet and reached down a hand to help the other man up so they could head back to the little house in Meadowreach. "Hope y'like lambchops!"
And while there would be a chance for more serious conversation about what had happened at the Tournament after dinner, for the trip home they were able to tease each other like the had when they were younger and the world was a lot less complicated.
