NATHANIEL
Nathaniel watches Ronin leap from his nimbus, rolling through the sand and letting out a blast of light that is almost blinding. He tenses, preparing to take the brunt of a hit as he isn't familiar with the ability his leader is using, but instead he's reinvigorated. With that reinvigoration apparently comes a stupid, or possibly brilliant, idea. Finally dipping out of his cover, the shimmering dark shroud the spirits placed around him keeping him hidden, the dragoon shoots forward with his grappling hook in hand. A length of rope is affixed to it and he rears back his arm, getting within range as as swings it over his head, loosing it in an arch to hook on to a part of Skellibob.
Then he hangs on for dear life, sword still strapped to his back and Valvynn over head, attempting another blast of frost breath as if it might distract Skellibob long enough for her bonded to accomplish his goal.
In a bout of stupidity, Nathaniel attempts to use his grappling hook and ride Skellibob.
