It’s true, she can’t replicate whatever magical aura and sparkly effects the Goddess may have, but Wessex doesn’t take it personally. Sparkly effects are for those who are easily fooled and that would be a waste of time and energy. So what now? Staying where she is, Wessex fires another biopulse at Ronin in an effort to keep his head all slurry and fuzzy and not thinking straight. And then she decides that, yes, some more laser burns will suit her just fine for that leader comment, aiming for the one place he isn’t covered in leather armor - his face.
When she does finally open her mouth to retort, it won't be Safrin's voice that comes out of her image, but the Wraith's. “Better to suck at bein’ a leader than being a parent. My family knew the risks and died of their own free will. Yours died because you’re incompetent. Poor… Vvv… Vanya, was it?” It seems so long ago, but in her head time is divided into pre-Outlanders and post-Outlanders and she remembers the first of the Outlander clusterfuck LongNights well, if only because it was so different. “Poor Aoife. Seren has Safrin. Your son has Remi. She only had you.”

Wessex fires a biopulse at Ronin and then follows it up with more lasers to the eyes/face before going uber bitch to try and goad him.

Bio Disruption Upgrade | A pulse that causes disorientation, rapid heart rate, dry mouth, dizziness, and an increased temperature in living creatures with a complex nervous system (humans, animals like dogs, horses, birds). Effects creatures in a 20ft radius, symptoms are more noticeable the closer the creature is to the upgrade.
Magic: Angry Eyes | Can shoot laser beams from her eyes. Target must be within 60ft. Deals heat damage to soft surfaces, with a 50% chance to disorient characters if the light goes in their eyes (a dex roll on her part). Can also cut through medium objects, and heat large-sized objects.
