The sun's coming up
Noah's smile broadened as Cordelia approached and wrinkled the corners of his eyes. He hadn't expected to see her for a few hours, but her appearance was a welcome distraction from his intense training. However, as she reached up and took his spear, he wondered if that rest would happen. Their lips met briefly and it left Noah wanting more -- which was obvious in the way he stepped forward towards her. "Hey now." He didn't try to take back his spear, but merely to keep the distance between them as little as possible.
His prediction was correct, though, as his forward momentum was halted as the tip of his own spear angled towards him. His bright smile turned into a cunning smirk in a moment, and in a blink Noah was transported to the other side of the training ring. He wiggled his eyebrows at her and widened his stance, arms lifting and his hands displaying the most teasing come and get me gesture.
