Phoebe was laughing so hard she had to wipe tears from her eyes. Seeing that bit of trickery really had some pent up stress and angst coming out. Even the woman's childish gesture and remark couldn't stop her giggles. And that she had placed it back in the knife sheath only made it that much more funny to the midwife. Why? Who knew! It just did!
