Lisbeth walked along the beach, her face stuffed in her notebook. She'd spent quite some time on her scouting mission to Torchline, tracking the coming and going of ships to gather information for the war effort. Even if Torchline were to be an ally in the war, the number of smugglers and pirates operating in the area made Torchline a potential threat.
