Darkeye will neither see nor hear Frey, but that doesn't mean that they aren't present. Perhaps it is the great deal of work they've been doing throughout the past year (or maybe it is just the number of people petitioning them as of late), but they do not appear in the mood for a chat.
Regardless, however, Darkeye has completed his tasks and so his axes shall reap the rewards. The shark tooth axeheads gleam and then promptly disappear, but should the blacksmith check his weapons, he will see that they have been incorporated into his current throwing axes. Neat!

Throwing Axes | A pair of throwing axes crafted from the tooth of a giant landshark. They only ever deal basic damage, but allow the wielder to teleport up to 15ft in distance. Throwing the axe and teleporting each count as separate actions - they cannot be done in the same turn.
