Deimos was swift in his evasions, and even quicker in his counter attack. Noah needed to be quick, too, but his speed didn't quite hold a candle to the Resurrected Sword. Thus, while his own attack missed, Deimos' spear smacked against his shin. Even in the "warmth" (relative to the area) f Longheat, Noah was still covered in thick clothing. He was thankful for it, because without it the spear probably would have caused more damage, or even deeper bruising.
Sucking in a breath from the abrupt, smarting sting, Noah then thrust forward. He shoved both arms out, the length of his spear pushed out in an attempt to smack against Deimos' and make the Warden take a few steps back. One would even work for the hunter. He stepped forward, too, and pushed again.
