Her sadness emanated through the bond - she'd never been particularly good at hiding her emotions from other Attuned - but in the end, she had to agree that a merciful death was probably the best option for the ursur. She wondered if she had been what had drawn the beast out of hiding, or if it had been an unavoidable chance encounter.
