"That's how I see it," he murmurs, nodding his agreement. "I check the notice boards in town as often as I can, and word of mouth does a lot, too. There are other farms out here, and they all know me - they tell others." It's only now that he's thinking about it properly that he realises what a tight little network he's built for himself, and it teases a quick smile across his face.
One that grows a little more amused to hear her polite refusal, and he tilts his head to her. "It isn't an intrusion if I'm offering," he points out to her.
