It works out well for him, the dance a brilliant way to start the evening, and even as he feels that pang of losing her with the closeness they had just shared, it’s one that doesn’t last long as his lips meet the back of her hand, gentlemanly. But he doesn’t let her hand go as he straightens up, his eyes remaining on her, trying to gauge what she may request next before the words fall from her lips and Thorn’s lips spread in an easy, confident smile.
“I do.” He hums, shifting to hold her hand better as he goes to guide her up the stairs toward the magical shifting rooms. The first door is open, and it’s one that Thorn easily guides her into, releasing her hand so that she can get accustomed to the rooms as he closes the door. “Go ahead and pick a place you’d be most comfortable or would like to try.” Maybe she’s adventurous and would like something beach front, or perhaps something more comfortable like a room familiar to her.
Either way, it’s her choice, and he waits with excitement blooming to see what she decides.
