For a fraction of a second his blue eyes darken to something like a midnight storm, before concern creases his brow. "Are you alright?" he asks, knowing Ever's propensity to over-analyse, especially when it came to social interactions. "That does not sound like Flora. I will see if I can visit her, make sure she is doing okay as well."
