Alys arrived in a state of disarray, but it was clear that she was not the only one who had rushed to get here to help. Her dark curls were pinned atop her head messily and her clothes were wrinkled, but she was here. She was alive. It was more than many could say.
As Evie called instructions across the crowd, Alys moved quickly to her side, ready to offer her healing magic to evaluate patients. She might still be a novice with her newest magic, but it was, ironically, the strongest one she possessed. She'd be put to better use here than hauling debris or breaking open the front doors. As the injured began to move forward, Alys began the process of separating them by severity, every now and then consulting with those more experienced than she to make sure that those who needed help most urgently were seen.
