One million years, and I will still say your name
It doesn’t take long for groups to form, volunteers grim-faced and determined, aware of the necessity of their efforts and the injured waiting in the wings. Evie can only be bittersweetly grateful that though the damage to the land was unavoidable, at least their death and injury tolls were significantly lower than Torchline’s - or as high as they could have been if she and Deimos had not spread the word to stay in the Citadel.

Deimos is given a wan smile, too far for her to reach as he begins to dismantle and break apart the doors with little issue. As Sah moves piles of debris away, there will be plenty of space for Deimos to work if he needs it, and the pathway begins to clear courtesy of the Wild Thunder. It allows the injured to line up in front of Evie and Alys, who is given a tired, appreciative smile and the gentle brush of a shoulder as they work side by side.

Evie uses her earth magic to pull gravel and soil from a long scrape on a woman’s arm, then water magic to help irrigate and cleanse the wound before wrapping it in gauze, directing the civilian to the proper area for lowest risk injuries. As she glances up from her work after countless minutes, she calls out to the two groups aiding Sah and Deimos. “Can a small group go inside and start cleaning up and straightening beds?” Inside there will be beds scattered and out of line from the quake of the impact, and supplies littered across the ground that would need to be sorted through; some were contained in sterile packaging and could be reused, while bottles and vials had shattered and spilled and would need to be cleaned up for safety before anyone could enter the side of the building Deimos had opened.

Round two!

Deimos has succeeded in opening the main entryway, and Sah has cleared the path for the injured to come inside safely. Evie and Alys still have injured to categorize, but there’s a new task for the others!

Inside the infirmary the beds are scattered from the quake, and supplies on the floor need to be retrieved if they’re sterile and can be used or cleaned up so there’s no glass around. Pick a task, or both if you’d like! Feel free to utilize NPCs as well.
I love you more than I can ever say
