While Thorn spoke, Tal let the honeyed voice wash over him as he pulled a needle and thick thread from his bag and settled in to start repairing the stitching on the places he'd marked. The grass was warm under his butt and the other man had a musical lilt to his voice that made him easy to listen to, and it definitely helped the time pass faster beneath the sun.

He glanced back to see that image of decadent relaxation, warm skin against cool grass, and after a pause that went on a little too long he quickly turned back to the sails, feeling the heat of what was probably a sunburn warming his neck.
