Asta’s grin is still gone as the flames lick up, but at least the tightness in his jaw loosens and he starts to seem like he’s not trying to contain all the heat he can muster from within, relishing in a quiet moment of peace as the flame brushes against his skin. There’s a glare shot toward Danta, but within it is the warmth of some kind of amusement. “I suppose. But at what cost?” He asks, moving to collect the damp shirt and the bag, slipping the shirt on now that he’s not frigid.
His pants are soaking wet as well, and when Danta suggests bringing the fire back with them, his head nods, his dark hair dripping still as it bounces with the movement of the force of his nod. “I was hoping you would.” He says as they start to walk, glancing over to see Danta’s movements with the flame. They walk for a little bit before Asta’s sighing lightly. “Now I want to take a nap in the bonfire.” He protests with a small whine.
