It takes little to attract Pierce’s attention – the second Dorian begins to clear his throat, his piercing gaze lands on the other man, eager and intent on listening. “Even if he did not win, a player is still better than nothing.” He offers, though he knows that both Dahlia and Dorian would know it all the same. Instead, an amused smile blooms across his face at the fact that Stormbreak had become theirs, nodding his agreement and eagerness as he tries to tone down his overtness.
“The Greatwood has caused quite a stir. I met one of the demigods on a venture to the Grounds. He seemed quite discontent with the changes we’ve made.” It isn’t surprising, but he wonders what might be next in an effort to try and take more and more of them – though it isn’t as though he isn’t itching for a fight at any second. The mere idea sparks a twinge in the large muscle of his forearm where he folds them across his chest.
Turning his attention to Dorian once more, he inclines his head. “Is there anything else you might have me do?” He asks, wondering if there was a particular slot he could fit into before the party truly started where his role was better used.
