She has to use the step stool to hang the garland, but it's still novel to be able to climb it when she'd resorted to either magical use or Deimos' help for her pregnancy, overly cautious and paranoid of any potential harm. She's not back to her normal athleticism, but her body is nearly the same - thank the gods for magic, regardless of how they view it.
