Jude
Jude isn’t sure if he winces or simply stares in shock as the void creature slurps up the rope by simply passing through it, because he thinks he just exited his body for a moment there. The stranger goes darting off, but the hastily conjured teamwork between Dantalion and Mateo pays off in a way that Jude can utilize.
He loads another arrow, though this time he bends over to try and get the fire to catch on the wood of the front of the arrow before he takes aim for the void creature directly. He isn’t sure the other man is correct, but it’ll deal extra damage even if it doesn’t work right? That way they have the teeniest, tiniest chance of killing it if Mateo’s distraction effort fails.
Jude lets it fly, grateful to remain at a distance for as long as he can.
