And that’s when the arrow thocks into the side of it and it begins to turn its horrible monstrosity back over toward the young man he’d met on the Rainbow Road shortly after coming out of his stone slumber.
Hissing out a smoky breath, Astaroth hears the question in Mateo’s voice, and dives further into the jungle, seeking out a space where the fire will hopefully not spread further out and create a wildfire, Asta finds a lone tree surrounded by dirt that already looks half dead anyway with its broken apart trunk, and he starts to set it on fire.
Astaroth takes Mateo’s advice and bounds deeper into the jungle to find a half rotted out tree surrounded by dirt and on its own that it’s hopefully not too close to anything else as he starts to light the trunk of it on fire!
