Vervain had not been going anywhere near the Bone Bridge; the ruins and its varying pleasures and nightmares did not interest her as much as the natural beauty of the Outskirts. But... for whatever reason (she suspected gods or magic or both, as that was usually the culprit these days) here she was. Bastien she recognised, and Celosia too, and she offered both of them a light smile as she stepped up towards the bridge as well. The creature gave her pause, but the box in its hands did not. Well.
