Maea
I feel it in the wind, my dear
The sun is gonna reappear
The sun is gonna reappear
Letting out a quivering breath of air, Maea grimaced ruefully and shook her head. "No, I filled my quota for the rest of the year," she murmured, "so unless you really want me to, I'll pass." This felt too easy; the last thing she had expected was a smile and jokes. She would have to treat Charlie to one heck of a shopping spree - no doubt the priestess had a lot to do with Danta's current good mood.
She did extend a hand to him though, with a small smile. "We could. If you'd like to. Or I could give you this." Hauling a small bottle from a pocket with her other hand, Maea offered it to Danta. "It's rum, from Torchline. Not really my taste, but I hear it's supposed to be good." A token of apology, or a bribe; he was free to interpret the gift however he wished.

Good days are gonna come along
Hold on, hold on!
Hold on, hold on!
