It blends into a huff of a laugh, sighing and rolling his eyes. “I can imagine.” Though why he would prefer to knit as opposed to the alternative, Astaroth can’t figure it out. He’s pretty sure he knows the Maverick well enough that it seems wholly out of character.
“Well, what is your plan for this evening, then? Will you be mingling or joining me?” He asks, the alcohol allowing him to preen easier, allowing a slip of honesty to bleed through.
