Melita arched her brow at Ronin, before shrugging and swapping markers, this time a bright red. Maybe he meant the food. She paused momentarily though, watching and waiting to see if Remi twitched or moved, before laboring on; as if she were face-painting some elaborate designs, when this time it was simply a weird, cross-eyed dog on the side of his cheek. On an afterthought, she gave it wings, so then it resembled a very strange looking dragon.
“How have you two been?” She whispered in polite conversation, and then stopped entirely when Remi’s movements caused a shift, and she had to tiptoe around to the other side. “I may have to uh…not go to Starfall,” and she waved her hand in Ronin’s direction, figuring she wouldn’t need to make much of an explanation as to why.
