I think I can manage being collateral damage
Having been spending a good amount of time in Torchline as of late it was no real surprise that Everest decided to check out the beach sale Vox had advertised. Isla hadn't wanted to attend but didn't seem (overly) against the idea of him heading down to the beach to check things out, and so he had.
With his hands in his pockets and a pair of Isla's sunglasses blocking the sun, the aviator strolled down Torchline's shores without a care in the world. For the first time in perhaps his entire life, as the sun rose after LongNight, Everest was happy. Well and truly happy.
"Hi Vox. Nice to see you in..." person? the flesh? "..Torchline." The aviator decided, opting to hold up a hand to wave at the strange figure behind the table rather than extending it for him to shake.
