With his back to Fangorn and his grumbling, he doesn’t notice the way the pumpkin seems to float off the chair. Neither does the bartender, with the playful flirting that comes with making Thorn a drink. In fact, he’s so caught up with it that he sips from it to down about half of it, praising compliments at making his favorite drink, before the sound of grumbling and rumbling starts to overtake just what Thorn is saying.
Noticing the look from the bartender and the confusion, Thorn twists to look at the pumpkin, trying to determine if it’s him the gourd is looking for – even going so far as to look behind him in case he was mistaken. Confused but curious, he glances around the space down here to see that nobody else seems to care about this vampire gourd in their midsts.
So he supposes it’s up to him. “Yeah, yeah, I fuckin’ hear ya.” Thorn says with a sigh, taking one last sip of the drink before hopping off the barstool to follow the gourd toward the door, wondering what the fuck was going on.
