Evie movies closer toSah to heal him, who then backs up to heal Talyson, who then backs up to heal himself. This might have placed the Evergreen in the incredibly unfortunate position of being left closest to the bear if Noah hadn't marched right toward the creature's side to pull its focus.
Having been raised as a hunterand not a cowboy, the varyring misses its mark, sailing through the air and landing harmlessly upon the snow by the ursur's feet. With no time to activate his shield (one action per turn bby), as the creature turns toward the Foresaken it parts its jaws, unleashing another hellish blast of void energy. Perhaps because he'd seen this twice already from the creature, that Noah is able to get out of the way of the sickly violet light.
