If Flora had learned one thing from her fathers, it was that if something is working there's no need to try and be cute about it. Rather than drawing on another ability to try and show off (she'd happily do that later, though), the Doubletake reached for another blade. Her jaguar wouldn't last forever, so while it was still distracting the tree (which, lol) the queen wanted to bury as many daggers into its bark as she could.
