Curling one arm around his torso and tugging him close, Flora let the other comb through his dark hair, her fingernails scratching affectionately toward the tense muscles at the top of his neck. She says with a shrug, maybe meaning overseeing the construction of an outpost, maybe meaning the date, both of which she assumes might rattle the dragoon somewhat.
