Believing Asta about as much as he believes he's managed to reduce the orb to dust in the past five seconds, Danta's hand comes up to clasp the other man's shoulder as he watches Flora douse the wound with visible relief. Letting out a breath to see the injury knit itself together until it's gone, the Maverick nods and steps away again, tugging his shirt back up over one shoulder. "Even the demigods couldn't touch this thing?" Wrinkling his nose, he doesn't know what good his shift will do, but he'll try.
He'll also try not to smirk at the sight of the sudden fyrhund prowling towards the orb as if it's made of nightmares incarnate, waiting until the butcher is finished with his inspection and attacks before tossing him a lazy salute down the beach. It's a rarity these days for Danta to be able to stretch his great, dark wings - three guesses as to why - and so it's almost a relief to stretch and let flesh become feathers and feet to become wicked talons.
Clicking his beak at Flora and taking to the air, Danta circles the orb a couple of times before diving, aiming to rake at it and leave deep scores upon its surface.
Danta becomes a gore crow and tries to attack the orb with his talons!
