Although the ball was being toted away by a different bone being, Zavien was happy to see one of the creatures take him up on the offer. Laughing with visible excitement, he moved a little farther away from the flying arrows and whipping flames. "Let's play somewhere else where you won't get hit." He threw the stick up and caught it, giving the lumbering beast another smile. "You ready?" Not expecting a response, he launched the stick far out into the sand, blocking the sun with his hand to see where it landed.
In his scanning, he noticedLena's familiar figure shift nearby. Zavien didn't notice the compulsion that drew the metallic sphere close to her, instead, his eyes remained on her alone, shining a brilliant green in the sunlight. Waving his arm, he called out to her, "Lena! What are you doing here?!" He couldn't contain the glee that had him brimming with energy and he would have run to meet her if not for his current game with a possibly dangerous creature.
