Danger gleams like sunshine
As Deimos moved around to his front, disengaging, Zavien rose to his feet and stretched his limbs. The movements didn't keep him from hanging on every word of suggestion. His head nodded along as he considered the possibilities. Running a hand through his hair, images of other outcomes played out in his mind. "Getting out of your range would probably have been best." Although he trusted Deimos not to actually injure him, he didn't think taking a blow of any kind from the man would be good for his physical wellbeing. Just the thought had him letting out a grimaced chuckle.
Set on getting everything he could out of the session, Zavien pushed past the urge to rest. They hadn't been going long enough for him to feel ready to stop yet. Not until he was too weak to stand. So, with a bright smile, he said, "As long as you're willing!" Then he leveled his wooden sword again, ready to work through the motions again.

Zavien
to a brave man's eyes.
