Blinking down at the Doubletake, the remainder of his request dies instantly on his tongue as his gaze falls upon Maea. "Ronin—" He calls loudly, not that he really needed to, but gods it steadies him to say his husband's name. Dropping to his knees he tries to extract the ancient from Flora's arms, drawing her against him before glancing around for his Ronin.
