Cerulean eyes flash at the bold caress of Hotaru's foot beneath the table, Dahlia's smile curling, catlike and satisfied with the meeting thus far, and they've barely had to do more than chat. "I can't think of anyone more suitable right now to be our friend," she purrs. It's true that from a raw power perspective there are the Remi's and Deimos's of the world to consider, but Hotaru is subtle and charming and beautiful in a way that will allow her, Dahlia feels, to go perfectly unnoticed in her walks of life.
